Hello my name is Natalie and I am the Owner and operator of the Lash & Glow Bar with Organic Tan. I am proudly indigenous from the Secwepemc territory and my Lash Studio is located in the heart of downtown Kamloops on Victoria Street.
 
I started my journey in the beauty industry through the taking her Classic Lash & Lash Lift & Tint Certification in January 2017, followed by Volume Lash training in March 2017. In April 2017 I attended the Interior Academy to complete her Waxing Technician certification. In October 2018 completed Mega Volume training with LashBox LA.
 
The Lash & Glow Bar has received a handful of local awards for Best Lash Studio and Best Spray Tan Studio and most recently has received the title of Silver in the Best of Kamloops for Best Lash Studio and Gold for Best Spray Tan studio and was also honoured with 1st place by Kamloops this Week for Best Lash Studio through the Readers Choice Awards. Along with these awards most recently we have received the Indigenous Business Excellence Awards through the Chamber of Commerce 2022.
 
In addition to my training and experience I am also a on the Board of Directors for the Beauty Council of Western Canada, and a Certified Lash Educator with Lash Up Pro as their BC Educator. I am a huge advocate for continued education and I am always looking to learn new techniques and maintain all up to date information in this industry. My newest endeavor is the creation of Hey London a skin loving organic and natural Spray Tan and self tan line.
